This page explains, in plain language, what MomentM AI does with the information you share through the demo request and contact forms on this website.
What we collect
When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, business email, and industry, plus whether you asked to receive our newsletter. We do not ask for any other personal information on this site.
Why we collect it
We use these details to respond to your request, arrange a demo, and (only if you opted in) send you product updates. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
Demo requests are delivered to our team by email through Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES), operated by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in its Hyderabad, India region. The demo request form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a request comes from a person rather than an automated bot; for this check, Turnstile processes technical information from your browser and connection, such as your IP address. These providers process this information only to provide these services to us.
Newsletter
The newsletter checkbox is optional and unticked by default. If you opt in, every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing does not affect any demo request you have already made.
Retention
We keep demo and contact enquiries for as long as needed to follow up on them and to maintain a record of our correspondence with you. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us and we will action the request.
